Abstract
Project control is one of the most important research topics in science and engineering that is closely related to management. In this paper, we introduce project control and project management and explain their differences. We try to describe project control in networks. In this case, we give a brief overview of precedence networks, probabilistic networks, and graphical evaluation and review networks. For planning with limited resources, we will study PERT and GERT networks. Finally, we will introduce the two softwares that are used to solve project control problems and examine their differences.
